Raaka Candy Cane—This Brooklyn maker will having you hearing sleigh bells with their candy cane-encrusted white chocolate bar. The bar is made with Peruvian cacao butter, cassava, coconut milk, cane sugar, and crushed candy canes.
Intrigue Chocolate Thailand 60%—Available in very limited quantities, this bar is made with beans Chiang Rai, Thailand, from Boo Chocolate.
Goodio Polar Night—This dark chocolate bar is topped with topped with Arctic bramble liqueur crystals, and is made with birch sugar and coconut flakes.
Baiani Cafe Pingado—This beautiful bar is made with Potumuju Valley cacao and Moka Club specialty coffee, inspired by the classic drip coffee. According to the maker, “It brings the perfect harmony between the intense flavor of cocoa and the striking touch of coffee.”
Aranda Chocolate + Orange Peel—This collab with Mezcal Compante appears to still be on the horizon, thought it should be available shortly. It’s made with mezcal-soaked cacao nibs and orange peel.

River-Sea Vietnam 72%—This popular origin from the North Carolina maker is back in stock, and probably won’t last long. It’s made with caca from the Dak Nong Province in the southwest of Vietnam’s Central Highlands.
